The princess & the tea party

Life Church in Cordova hosted a Tea Party for little "Princesses" a couple of weeks ago. We were invited by our friends Tamara and Tatiana. Kathy and Peyton came too. It was so nice! When each girl walked in, they walked through a balloon arch and "Prince Charming" introduced them over a microphone and everyone clapped.
There were several tables that the girls could go to and do different activities.

After being at the face painting table
There was a backdrop for the girls to get their pics made in front of~
Peyton, LG, and Tatiana
 Silly faces
Then, we all sat down for tea and cookies. After which, they served dinner.

The mamas posing at the table
 Silly faces for mamas too!
After dinner, Mother Goose read the story of Jesus. Then they played music and we all got up and danced.
We had so much fun! We love that church. It would be my back up if we didn't go to 2PC and we moved to Cordova, which are both highly unlikely but it's always nice to have a back up plan. ;)

A graduate and an 18 month old

I know people say this all the time but I cannot believe how big my babies are getting~figuratively and literally!
LG graduated from Preschool last Tuesday night. It was such a precious program.
Here she is walking across the stage in her cap and gown, getting her "diploma."
She and her teacher, Ms. Kay. We will miss her next year.
Our cousin, Kennedy, came to cheer LG on.
Cha Cha (Andy's brother, Charles) and MiMi were there as well.
 Peppi was there too!
 LG and Kennedy
LG's BFF, Siri, graduated too. They will be going to different Elementary schools next year, which is sad but Siri's mom and I plan to try to get them together as much as we can.
 Ms. Olivia, LG's afternoon teacher
Ms. Sonya, the director of the preschool, and her son, Donovan~LG loves Donovan!!!
Had to get a pic of Siri with her class.
Last Tuesday was also the day that Carson went in for his 18 month check-up. He is perfectly healthy and on target with his development. He weighs 32 lbs and is 33.25 inches long. He LOVES Elmo. Each morning when he wakes up, he goes into the den, gets the remote, points it at the TV and screams, "MOMO!" He is so sweet but when he gets mad~oh my goodness~watch out because he will throw or hit whatever is closest to him.
He has started climbing on everything! I cannot turn my back for one second. He is so quick and will be standing on the coffee table before I can blink!
He grabbed a book the other day and climbed up in the rocking chair in his room and started turning the pages like he was really reading it. :) Of course, his partner in crime, Chloe, is right with him every where he goes.
They are such a cute pair.

Tumble show

LG had her tumble show this past Saturday. She is in a dance class and a tumble class and loves both! Is that a cheerleader in the making or what?! :)
Here she is before the show with a few of her friends. I had a flash of what's to come in high school.
Taking a pic with a friend and her daddy
Dee Dee came to see the show
Pee Paw came too and spent most of the time feeding/chasing/playing with Carson :) Isn't that what grandpas are for?
Note the bag of animal crackers Carson is trying to run away with :)
 Another pic with friends~Diva shot!
This is her whole class getting ready to perform.
Her dance recital is this Saturday~pics to come.
